Voter Registration• Democracy Nuts & Bolts: Voter Registration to Election Day Committee: Meetings scheduled every two weeks. The next meeting is TBD, 6:30 pm, at Pottawatomie Park, 7340 N. Rogers Ave. Everyone welcome.• Voter Registration: Help local voters register or update their registrations. Sign up here. We are using the State of Illinois "voter registration application" form to assist voters. There's no need to be a deputy registrar - but you do need a bit of training. The deadline to submit voter registration forms to the Board of Elections is October 6. Contact Katy Hogan ([email protected]) with questions.

Singing Resistance Rogers Park is a local community choir and activist group in Chicago that gathers neighbors to learn and sing protest songs, freedom hymns, and music of solidarity. Zondo is a Bassa-Kpelle artist and activist from Liberia, West Africa. Zondo is now based in the US. He performs across the Midwest and Asheville. Through many trials and tribulations, he emerged as a musician inspired to bridge worlds and create positive change.
